Timely feedback and approvals are crucial; delays may necessitate milestone adjustments and affect the proposed end date.
Final Approvals
Upon your final approval of any deliverable, we consider it conclusive. Should there be a need to reverse an approval or request changes to a previously approved deliverable, it will impact the project's time and cost.
Collaboration is Key
Your active participation is vital for the project's success. This includes delivering relevant information, attending meetings, providing timely feedback, and granting approvals. Delays in these areas may lead to schedule adjustments, for which Agency Immersive will not be held accountable.
Mandatory Approvals and Additional Billable Work

The quoted fees cover Agency Immersive's services exclusively. External costs, including but not limited to third-party vendors, licenses, and hosting fees, will be billed separately to you.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content developed for the project. Agency Immersive maintains ownership of proprietary materials and technologies developed prior to or outside the scope of this project.
