Refund Policy

At Agency Immersive, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients with the services we provide. Understanding that digital marketing projects can be complex and outcomes may vary, we have established the following refund policy to clarify the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
General Refund Conditions
1. Initial Deposit
The initial deposit made by a client to commence work on a project is non-refundable. This deposit covers the preliminary work involved in planning, strategy development, and resource allocation.
2. Project Cancellation
  • Clients may cancel their project by providing written notice to Agency Immersive.
  • If cancellation occurs before any substantial work has started, clients may be eligible for a partial refund of any payments made beyond the initial deposit, at the discretion of Agency Immersive.
  • If cancellation occurs after substantial work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for work completed. Clients will be billed for all work up to the point of cancellation, which may include costs exceeding the initial deposit.
3. Subscription Services
  • For ongoing subscription services (e.g., SEO maintenance, social media management), clients may cancel with written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds for subscription services will not be issued for the current billing cycle once the service period has commenced.
  • Future billing will cease upon the effective date of cancellation.
Refund Process for Unsatisfactory Services
If a client is unsatisfied with the quality of service received, Agency Immersive encourages the client to contact us directly to discuss the issue. We are committed to resolving client concerns and will make every effort to reach a satisfactory resolution, which may include:
  • Revisions to the deliverable,
  • Additional services at no extra cost,
  • A partial refund for specific services deemed unsatisfactory.
Limitations
  • Refunds are not available for services that have been completed and delivered if they meet the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards.
  • Refunds for any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., ad spend, third-party tools) are subject to the refund policies of those services and are generally not refundable by Agency Immersive.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service delivery date to be considered.
